1/2 Marathon training

7 weeks to go till the Bristol 1/2 Marathon

Today I ran a 6.5 mile route that included
a 1/2 mile hill.
Rain showers and gusty / breezy winds
helped to slow me down.
I enjoyed the run.
The drowened rat having just finished
the run in 55.6 ninutes.

A good time for that run.
My pedometer reads 9287 steps
