1/2 marathon 2012

I ran the Bristol 1/2 marathon

on Sunday 30-09-12.

This was me at Bridge Valley Road

at just short of 7 miles.

55 minutes from the start.

 This was me at 13 miles

mark.

1 hour 54 minutes.

With a very poorly left knee.

Ouch.

What a cracker!
