Friday 24-05-08

This Citation HB-VMX was on apron 1

and this B-737 G-CEPJ on lease to Oman Air
were taken during a thunderstorm.

I got a good drenching.

Same place almost same time

Here I go again?

This time I used a Carp (2 3/4ld test curve) in close

and caught these fish below.

Codling 3/4lb

Codling 1/2ld
and this Snotty
All released safely.

One othe Codling caught on my beach casters?

3 sessions with the two beach rods caught 3 fish.

2 sessions with my Carp rod caught 4 fish.

Just the one! Again?

Wednesday 21-05-08

Fished near Avonmouth off the peat ledge.

Tide was 12mtrs at 08.43.

This photo is looking towards Avonmouth.

This one is looking north towards Severn Beach.
A tide of 13mtrs comes just over the ledge onto the grass.

The tide flow is from left to right on a rising tide and can be

very strong.

Species I've caught from here are Codling / Cod to 11.5ld,

Dover Sole to 3lb, Whiting, Conger eel and fresh water eels (Snottys).

It was released.

On its way to Oman.
