Fishing at Ladye bay 04-03-09

Ha, Ha at last!
I managed a few fish.
I caught 4 small Codling, 3 are shown below.
This small Thornback Ray
it weighed 4ld 4oz's.
Worst thing was I lost a much bigger on.
Dooh!
Also caught was this small
Pouting.

Rockingham 01-03-09

Thought I'd have an easy trip today.
Fished from 07.45 till 11.00.
High tide was at 09.42. and 12.8mtrs.
This photo was taken 30 minutes before high tide,
the water rose up to the rod butts.
Five other anglers were also out to play.

This was my biggest fish of two I caught.
The other was a tiny Whiting.
The Codling look Ragworm and the whiting took Lugworm.
Wow! another lovely days fishing in realy good weather.

arrived as EIN994 at 09.58.
A330 on finals over the A38
Lining up to depart 2 hours late
was this Austrian B-767 OE-LAT as AUA1474
at 14.40.

B-757 and winglets.

Air Astana B-757 P4-EAS being pushed out of
Air Livery after its repaint.
This is the first B-757 with winglets to visit Filton.



First Point Ladye Bay

Wow! What great weather for February.
Yep this is the way down.
A bit of climbing and very slippery so take care.
