Model Railway

The model railway is still being built, but very slowly.

With this lovely bank holiday weather I decided

to start the part.

This is Metcalfe's card kit of a

Country station.

Some painting around the edges

is still needed.

The main station building is 15mm long by 7mm high.

End of 10K , 6.2 MILES.

This is me finishing the 10K.

Popped down to Abbey Wood to catch the

two Class 37's on a special to Cornwall

66135 was on the back to provide

thunderbird duties as well hauling the consist out of

the branch lines.

Main interest for this excursion were the two vintage

Class 37's

37087 and 37194.

Great sound.

Keeping me company this afternoon

very friendly.

Asking for an A.S.B.O.

on the railway tracks.

First time I've seen three trains on the tracks
