Training for 10K AND 1/2 Marathon continues

Yesterday 21-02-08 I continued to pound

the streets of Locklease and Filton.

3 or 4 runs a week now covering 3 to 5 miles depending on spare time.

Taking between 25 and 45 minutes, next week

I'll start speeding up and take the distance out to 6 miles / 10K.

Fishing trip at last

Monday 18-02-08

A trip tp Ladye Bay Clevedon, fishing 07.30 to 15.00.

Frosty start but thankfully the wind was light so quite comfortable.

The low tide was at 11.32.

Above is a photo of the low tide mark I fished about 3 hours before low water.

The photo above shows three of the seven small Codling I managed to catch.

This photo shows another spot that I use around 20 meters from the other spot.

This area can produce some good Cod, Thornback Ray, Bass and Conger.

Also Dover Sole, Whiting, Pouting, Flonder and Rockling.
