Training for 10K AND 1/2 Marathon continues

Yesterday 21-02-08 I continued to pound
the streets of Locklease and Filton.
3 or 4 runs a week now covering 3 to 5 miles depending on spare time.
Taking between 25 and 45 minutes, next week
I'll start speeding up and take the distance out to 6 miles / 10K.
