Running starts here!

Now the hard work starts,

I am now booked in for the Bristol 10K

and Bristol Half Marathon.

The 10K (6 miles) is on Monday 06 May

and the 1/2 Marathon on 14 September 2008.

Having had two injuries before Christmas and

a bout of flu after the New Year I am now

starting to train and loose weight.

My best time was last year 1 hour 51 mins 55 secs

This year I hope to beat 1hour 45 mins.
